From time to time we may update the Services and these Terms. Your use of the Services after we post any changes to these Terms constitutes your agreement to those changes. You agree to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you are familiar with the most recent version. You agree that you do not have any rights in the Services and that Javeda will have no liability to you if the Services are discontinued or your ability to access the Services or any content you may have posted on the Services is terminated. In the event of a violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity.
Shipping Time for “Custom Ordered” Pieces ( On our website only)
“Custom Ordered” pieces require extra time and care to be made. Custom orders can take up to anywhere from 2 to 4 months depending on embroidery details & the level of labor intensity for the garment/s to be constructed.
Our team will be in touch with you to confirm the time and date for when the piece is required by.
Shipping Time for “Ready to Purchase” Pieces ( On our website only)
“Ready to Purchase” pieces require 2-3 weeks to be shipped out. PLEASE ALLOW 4-7 DAYS FOR PROCESSING. ORDERS WILL USUALLY NOT BE SHIPPED OUT THE SAME DAY THEY ARE PLACED.

In any account you have provided us with the wrong shipping address, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to provide you any refund. In any account that a package is lost or stolen and you have not paid for shipping with insurance, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to provide you with a refund.
Custom Ordered is a garment that is custom designed to the clients request beginning from choosing fabrics, design, embroidery details and color.

Made to Measure is a garment that is set design and we would re-make the same exact piece in the specific measurements provided
****Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable. Javeda reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
****Merchandise cannot be returned on grounds of color, choice or embroidery.
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in the original shipping box. Be sure to address your return shipping box as follows and email the tracking number to info@javeda.com.

By using the information or any element or material contained in this Site you solely remain liable and responsible for any and all possible losses, costs, expenses and damages, direct or indirect, of any kind and entity, arising from or related to the utilization of this Site. The software programs connected to this Site may present malfunctions and may contain viruses or other damaging elements.
